On this week's episode I discuss the importance of breathing.  For me, breathing is the one thing I pay least attention to when I am stressed or anxious.  But in regulating our breathing and taking time out to breathe deeply, we can truly connect our hearts and minds once again and feel fully resent.  It's a simple practice, yet so empowering, for remembering the importance things in life!
