Scotti was Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida.  She was a four year Division 1 swimmer at the University of North Florida and graduated with a BA in Education.  She started her career at Creative Circle in New York City, NY and absolutely fell in love with creative and technology recruitment.  After Creative Circle, she opened her own recruitment firm, Digital Elite Staffing, which focused on permanent placements in the creative and emerging technology industry in the NYC, Philadelphia, Florida and Boston areas.  Now back in South Florida at PeakActivity, she recruits for a company that embraces emerging technologies to a new level and focuses on creating the best culture a potential candidate can ask for in a workplace.  She has been in recruitment for 10+ years and loves seeing candidates through the recruitment process.  She still, to this day, gets overly excited to give a candidate a job offer.  She is a connector; She connects great talent with great opportunities.
