Michelle Hicks in a Chartered Civil Engineer, specialising in designing and building theme parks.  Theme parks have been a passion of hers ever since she was a kid.  What I find inspiring about her story is a logical and rational approach to providing people with fun and unforgettable experiences.  She has an incredible job of brining many talents within engineering together, with the aim of enhancing our wellbeing and ability to escape the day-to-day rigmarole of life through cutting-edge technology and engineering.
