Innovators of the modern irradiator with Justin Czerniawski, Ph.D. and Dustin Hughes from Rad Source Technologies. Justin is a Ph.D. graduate from the University of Georgia. He currently manages the design, development, and fabrication of high photon x-ray emitters and industrial irradiation devices. Justin has experience making and characterizing metal and semiconductor thin-films for photovoltaic applications using electrochemistry.
