After a long wait, Carmen and Bosley are back to talk about consumer spending. Not just any aspect of consumerism, they want to understand branding and marketing. While providing insight on what changes could be made in order to change the status quo. Finally, they will answer the main question: Is Carmen running for office?

This decline mirror a decline in repair books, hardware shops, and other repair related services for the average Joe fix-it person.
