Do you have insecurities?
In this episode, we talk about embracing insecurities and not letting them get in the way of your self-love. Did you know that having insecurities doesn’t automatically translate to hating yourself?
You should not stop living just because you’re insecure about any part of yourself, and anyone who tells you otherwise might be the one that hates themselves. Don’t take people’s opinions with seriousness, you’d only be wasting your time on people who don’t spend theirs minding their business.
It is okay to have insecurities, most people who are aware of themselves are. What is unhealthy is you getting so consumed in your insecurities and getting distracted from focusing on the things you love about yourself and what you’d like to learn.
What will make you feel great about yourself is how you see yourself; and not how others see you.
