Another episode of Unbothered by Thai Rivera and we're going to be discussing some of my insecurity, where it comes from and taking accountability. Because at the end of the day while our insecurities may come from a very real place and we may have valid reasons for developing these insecurities we should work on ourselves to be better people and not be run by our insecurities. Sometimes this will take different shapes and I know I'm FAR from having everything figured out but I know that talking about these things and owning them definitely helps. Anyway, stay Unbothered.
