One of the many benefits of sitting in solitude during our meditation practice is the peace and harmony we experience as we set aside the issues of our day. Our concentration and focus on our technique gradually brings balance, and slowly assists us to calm that over active ego which just limits our progress. An undisciplined ego will constantly bother us, and chase us around interfering with our peace and growth . Connecting with our real Self and a higher consciousness will keep that ego “ in-check” to better ourself and others around us. Our daily gratitude brings us comfort and recognition of All of Humanity and the goodness we can offer the World.....
