As the way, the truth, and the life, Jesus promises that when we follow him we will find the riches of eternal life in God’s Kingdom. But Jesus never promised that the journey to the Kingdom would be free from trial and suffering. Many have seen suffering as a reason to give up on faith. James teaches us that when we live inside out we see suffering as an opportunity to deepen our faith, and grow in our walk with Jesus. Based on James 1:1-18
