This week on Inside the Arts, conversation with Crescent City Chamber Music Festival artistic director, Luke Fleming. The music festival kicks off its 3rd season next week with 5 free public performances in venues across the city. The Dover Quartet and the Manhattan Chamber Players are among the world class musicians heading to town for the event. The festival runs October 22nd -28th.
