It was a pleasant surprise to be invited into the WA real estate industry’s headquarters to discuss the recent announcement that the government is ending unfair no grounds evictions in Western Australia.

Suzanne Brown, President of the Real Estate Industry of Western Australia, sat down with us for almost an hour in the REIWA boardroom for a varied discussion about renting amidst WA’s acute housing crisis.
