This week on Inside the City, Palmer Deputy Fire Chief John Prevost joins Mike Chmielewski and David Shields.

The City of Palmer Fire & Rescue members dedicate their efforts to ensure the safety and welfare of the public through the preservation of life, property, and our environment. John, Mike, and David discussed how the members of the Palmer Fire Department had a unique opportunity to train on the Palmer Library building before demolition. They also talked about different parts and functions of the fireman’s gear and the special ways needed to clean the gear.
