John O'Regan is both and Irish international showjumping and eventing groom, he has worked for the likes of Kerry McCahill, Greg Broderick and now works for Brian Morrison from Global Event Horses.

Having been awarded 'Groom of the Year' in 2019 for the Eventing Ireland Munster Region, John talks about the realities of being a groom, the mental health stigma that still exists in equestrian world and the need for a Grooms Association.
