He went from Findlay College, to Iona College, to West Point. Along the way he had to learn how to recruit players and how a college program worked from the coaching side.
We take a close look at what is like to coach at West Point and how special of a place it is. The history and legacy of the whole school comes into play when coaching there. Rob also tells of the type of player and person they look for at West Point. It is a great insight into what is like on "Post".
