In this week's episode, Ben investigates catering within a hospital, from the cafes and restaurants to the food by the bedside and speaking to the teams behind it. He talks to the Head Chef at Heatherwood Hospital about preparing meals for the staff and patients. Then he heads off to meet the catering team at Wexham Park to find out about runnning a resturant and bedside food service.
