With all the interviews I've done, with opening my fitness business, I have realized one thing. You can be a athlete too no matter what your sport is. If your sport is parenthood, then you're going to want to be the best athlete (parent) in your sport. If you want to grow your business, then you better be the best athlete (business man/woman) you can possibly be.
