Most of us were taught that being a good woman means being generous, nurturing, and there for those who need it. We wear this belief like a badge of honor, until it slowly turns into resentment, burnout, and a loss of ourselves that's hard to even name.
After over a decade of doing this work and living it inside my own relationship, I've learned that true feminine energy isn't about giving more. It's about learning to receive. And most of us were never taught that receiving is just as sacred and necessary.
