Michael Hopkins is a 21 year resident of Hammond Park, a community in Atlanta adjacent to Hapeville. He is also the Chair of NPUX, which is a set of Atlanta Communities around the Tri-Cities. He explains NPUX's function, some recent projects, and the hope of development within and surrounding the Tri-Cities.
