A 4-year-old boy picked up a gun and shot at police officers in a McDonald's parking lot. He was directed by his father to do so. The officers did not return fire because, with their amazing reflexes, they saw it was a child. There are so many layers of tragedy here. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson looked to her guests on A Woman's View for insight.
