This episode is different as this was prerecorded that I am adding into the Podcast and hope that this helps someone. Going to church is a tool to nourish your soul and be within the community but your soul is with you 24/7 awake or asleep. This is where spirituality becomes a lifestyle because you are a spiritual being living a human existence.
