The work of forgiveness doesn’t require that you forgive the act, only the actor. To not forgive fosters anger, fear……the grief of a lifetime within our own heart space and, contaminates every aspect, of our own loving being. To hold to this suffering in time hurts us deeply and others, I know its not an easy task however, I invite you in all humility….to lay this burden down. Nigel Lott
