In this latest episode I talk about the 'I' of the RAPID model, for 'Insights'

I start with my definitions of the terms 'Data', 'Information' and 'Insights' and how they compare to each other:

  • Data = the What. The raw facts and figures that describe a situation
  • Information = the So What. Data that has been analysed and/or manipulated in some way in order to add more value
  • Insights = the What Now. Data and Information that are brought together and presented in such a way that supports people to make a decision
