Music Industry Therapists Collective psychotherapists Jodi Milstein and Whitney O’Malley are joined by veteran tour director David “51” Norman and live sound engineer Wayne Pauley for an exploration into common challenges faced by touring professionals, and how individuals can bolster their own welfare, as well as that of their colleagues.

Expect insights into circadian rhythm, group dynamics, and the impact of chronic stress, as well as some tried-and-tested strategies for improving living and working conditions and fostering positive mental health on the road.
