The first episode of Inspector Steine, titled Operation Whooooo!, kicks off with a mystery in 1950s Brighton. A headless corpse is discovered on the ghost train at the Palace Pier, but Inspector Steine dismisses the death as natural causes. However, the newly arrived policeman Twitten suspects otherwise and teams up with Brunswick to uncover the truth.
