I am a firm believer that so much lies within us. Many times we don’t even know what’s in there, right? Pain, hurt, joy, confidence, and so much more are not only real feelings but real places that we have to visit on this Journey. Let’s talk about it Ladies!

Our S.O.U.L. Sunday makes sure we are Loving ourselves. Have you had a chance to look back over 2020 or really think about 2021? Things are moving, let’s make sure we are in tune to what’s going on.

Our #WellnessFriday always brings us to a place of growing. Breathing can be so overlooked because we do it without thinking. Let’s not take for granted all the benefits of deep breathing and being aware that breathing can have such great benefits in our daily walk.

We talked about getting ready to end the year, but let’s try and really get specific on what we want with our health and mind. You can’t get caught up in the ‘Holidays’ and be lost starting out 2021. We don’t have time for that!!

Ladies let’s chat a-bit about where we are. Ok I’m just thinking out loud today and sharing a few things. I did make a statement: When something inside of You is stronger than what the World tells you outwardly to entertain: Thats Powerful! Do you agree? Happy Tuesday🤗

Ladies, as we continue to be rerouted and make adjustments, I want to challenge you to make some moves with your Purpose! Sometimes that door your looking at needs you to turn the knob!
