Perceiving is usually seen as a passive act when it is actually a creative one. We perceive people and situations in multiple ways, and we choose what we believe is more accurate. Once we decide which is the more precise way of perceiving, we proceed without realizing that our choice affects the outcome. We can help someone we lead or serve to change their perception in a way that will open new possibilities for their future and expand the horizon of what's possible for them and people they interact with. 

I'm your host, Keith Weedman, and in this podcast, you will feel a tender wind on the embers of service that glow within you.
