  • Ep 6 - Who Am I? Finding Your Identity In God

Who are you when you stop listening to the world around you?

In this episode, we talk about something every young woman wrestles with at some point: knowing who you are and remembering who God says you are.

The world is constantly giving us labels. Pretty. Not pretty enough. Successful. Not successful. Popular. Different. Smart. Not smart enough. And sometimes, if we hear those voices often enough, we can begin to believe them.

But what if we stopped letting the world define us and started going back to our Creator?

Through the beloved children’s story You Are Special and powerful examples from the Book of Mormon—including Nephi, King Benjamin’s people, and Alma the Younger—we’ll talk about identity, comparison, past mistakes, confidence, and learning to trust God’s voice above all the others.

Nephi reminds us, “I know in whom I have trusted.”

King Benjamin teaches us to “retain in remembrance” the name of Christ.

And Alma’s story reminds us that our past can be part of our story without becoming the definition of who we are.

Maybe the goal isn’t to become so confident that we never care what anyone thinks.

Maybe the goal is to become so familiar with God’s voice that when the labels come, we know exactly where to go.

    Back to Him.

    Back to our Creator.

Back to the One who made us, knows us, loves us, and knows who we can become.

You are a beloved daughter of Heavenly Parents. You are loved. And you are still becoming.

  • Ep 5 - Who Are You Becoming? Don't Just Let Life Happen

What does it really mean to be intentional?

Sometimes we think being intentional means setting goals, making better plans, or simply trying harder to accomplish the things we want. But what if intentional living is about something much deeper?

In this episode, we explore what it means to intentionally choose the direction of our lives and, most importantly, to intentionally choose Christ. Through the examples of the sons of Mosiah, Captain Moroni, and the Anti-Nephi-Lehies, we see what it looks like to prepare, make deliberate choices, leave old ways behind, and become the people God is inviting us to become.

Discipleship doesn't happen by accident. Every day, through thousands of small and ordinary choices, we are becoming someone.

The question is: Who are we becoming, and are we intentionally choosing Christ?

If you've ever felt stuck, distracted, or like you're simply letting life happen around you, I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to have everything figured out. You can pause, notice where you're headed, and choose your direction again.

You can choose Christ—one decision, one moment, and one day at a time.

  • Ep 4 - I Can’t Feel You Right Now, But I Remember

    Remember

Life can be beautiful, but it can also be hard. There will be moments when we feel God’s love so clearly, when prayers are answered, miracles happen, and we feel peace we can’t explain. But there may also be seasons when we feel alone, forgotten, confused, or unsure if God is really there.

So what do we do when we can’t feel Him?

    We remember.

In this episode, Sister Richards talks about the power of remembering the moments when we have felt God’s love, experienced His guidance, received answers to our prayers, and witnessed His hand in our lives. Through the stories of Laman and Lemuel, Joseph Smith, and Jesus Christ, we’re reminded that feeling alone does not mean God has left us.

    Sometimes faith sounds like this:

“I can’t feel You right now, but I remember.”

Join Sister Richards for a reminder to hold on to your spiritual experiences, record them, and return to them when life gets hard. Because when we can’t see what’s ahead, we can always remember what we already know.

You are seen. You are loved. You are not forgotten. ❤️

  • Ep 03 - Our inability to see the help doesn't mean help isn't there!

When I was six years old, I was accidentally run over by my mom's Jeep.

What happened in the moments that followed is something I've spent my entire life trying to understand. I remember my mom holding me on the driveway and telling her that my Uncle Dave—who had passed away just months earlier—was there with me. I also remember telling her that Heavenly Father was there too.

The doctors prepared my family for serious internal injuries, but somehow, they couldn't find them. I walked away from an accident that should have been so much worse.

Was it a miracle? Was Uncle Dave there? Were angels involved? Was it the hand of God?

I don't know exactly how Heaven intervened that day. But I know what I said when I was six, I know what my mom witnessed, and I know that somehow, I wasn't alone.

In this episode, I share one of the most personal experiences of my life and reflect on what it has taught me about faith, angels, miracles, and the help we may not always be able to see.

Because our inability to see the help doesn't mean help isn't there.

  • Lost - You Can Always Come Home.

Have you ever felt lost? Maybe because of a choice you made, a distraction that slowly pulled you away, or circumstances you never saw coming. Sometimes we know exactly how we got there, and sometimes we have no idea.

In this episode, we talk about what it means to be lost—and the beautiful truth that being lost does not mean being forgotten. Through the story of a boy trying to find his way home and Jesus Christ’s parables of the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the prodigal son, we’ll discover what repentance really looks like.

Repentance isn't about being ashamed or finding your own way back. It’s about turning around and coming home to Jesus Christ.

You may not know what to do next. You may not understand the road you're on. You may not know how to fix everything.

But you can always know where home is.

    Jesus Christ is home.

If you're feeling lost, I hope this episode reminds you that you are not forgotten, you are not hopeless, and you are never too far away to turn around and come home.
