As your body is relaxing now, and your mind becoming quiet, and your heart gently opening, as a lotus flower.
Listen to the sounds of the swallows feeding their young.
In the same way the divine is feeding you – all the time.
Feel the air, the fresh morning air, touching your skin, and your body is relaxing even more deeply.
Your inner beauty has been with you even before time began.
Through your many lifetimes you have appeared in different forms.
In each one your consciousness has been shining brightly.
As you become more aware of what you really are, you also become happier.
Yes, just like this, you are surrendering to what you are.
A miracle of creation!
Your inner teacher is your eternal guide.
Receive the blessings of many angels.
The most important message is to love yourself.
