During a time of introspection following the talk we asked the following questions:

What are you passionate about?

What & who make you happy?

What limiting beliefs are you holding onto?

If I continue my same work/life balance, in one year will I be more refreshed or more spent?

if spent: what should change?   if refreshed: what needs to be protected?
