Demond K Ross is a speaker, trainer and coach primarily serving schools and youth organizations. He currently serves as an assistant dean at a therapeutic day school where they educate and support students with varying ranges of social and emotional disorders. From stage Demond speaks to youth, sharing his experiences dealing with limiting belief and overcoming the need to be perfect for acceptance. He also works with individuals and organizations training and coaching them how to better manage habits of thinking with principles through Habit Finder of The Og Mandino Institute.
