Our next guest, Chris, brings over 30 years of experience in the labor movement as a lawyer and labor leader, with a steadfast commitment to ensuring respect and dignity for workers through their unions. Having worked in predominantly male environments, including four years in the Air Force, she has dedicated herself to building more diverse workplaces.

Now serving as a Senior Advisor to the President of the AFL-CIO, Chris is passionate about passing the baton to the next generation of emerging leaders. She is focusing her energy on executive coaching of labor leaders, aiming to foster a new wave of inclusive and forward-thinking leadership in the labor movement.

In addition to her professional achievements, Chris is a loving mother and stepmother who found love later in life. She celebrates each day with her family, cherishing the deepening bonds of love and connection. An advocate for self-care and well-being, Chris is currently exploring the practice of empathy and meditation to find peace and calm in her daily life.
