Our next guest, Rachel Christy, is a dynamic woman with passion. After serving in the Navy as a naval officer, Rachel embarked on a journey toward holistic wellness, becoming a personal trainer, spin instructor, certified aromatherapist, esthetician, and recently, a yoga
instructor.
Amidst her love for the industry, Rachel has noticed a concerning trend toward inaccessibility and exclusivity. She believes it's time to start a broader conversation about making health and wellness more inclusive for all with the communities we serve.
Rachel appreciates the finer things in life and believes that
wealth is not only about material possessions but also about enriching the lives of those around us. For her true wealth is about sharing abundance. With her family in place where they have what they need, she focuses on how she can help her friends and serve her community.
She thrives on meeting new people, making friends, and nurturing her meaningful relationships. These connections make her feel that the more grounded she is, the happier. In her own words, she says, “relationships bring so much joy and fulfillment; I cannot imagine my life without them.”
