Michelle shares how many credentials you actually need to be a leader, how to become a magnetic leader, and what it takes to find your purpose and your why.

  • What people are looking for from leaders is for someone to show them the right path, where the meaning in what they do is, and where the purpose is. All of this comes naturally from you when you let it shine through. 
  • Your passion has to be genuine and you need to be steadfast in your conviction to make an impact. Not everyone will follow you and your vision, but those that do will be extremely inspired and follow your lead.
