Listen Later

In this episode we’re talking about burnout, overstimulation, survival mode, and why I finally realized social media had my nervous system out here fighting invisible battles all day.

Like baby… one minute I’m opening Instagram to “check one thing” and thirty minutes later my cortisol levels are tap dancing, I’m comparing my life to strangers in Tulum, and suddenly I feel behind in life for no reason at all.

We’re getting into what constant scrolling, noise, bad news, comparison culture, and being chronically online can actually do to your mind and body — especially as women already carrying the weight of motherhood, healing, work, relationships, and everyday life.

I’m sharing how taking a social media break helped me feel calmer, softer, more present, more connected to myself spiritually, emotionally, and creatively… and how stillness honestly became one of the most healing things I could give myself.

Because sometimes you’re not lazy, unmotivated, or “crazy.”

Your nervous system is just tired of being electronically harassed.

This episode feels like a deep exhale, a porch conversation, and a reminder that peace is still available to you.

So grab your tea, sit down somewhere quiet, and come reset with me for a minute.
