This week’s episode features Instant Family. It wants to be a comedy, and has some laughs, but is more effective when it gets to the heart of what it means to be an adoptive parent. For those in familiar with that kind of situation, or a step-parent situation, they will find it tugging on a heartstring or two. It's fine, but not one you have to rush to see on the big screen.
