Modern life is filled with destruction and it’s very hard to escape from. One of the things that we can do is choose the right things to do. whether that is to eat better or drink water, the truth is obvious and clear. We simply choose not to do it. social media, relationships, and vices, these are all things that many people suffer from. often times I find myself trapped in addictions, when there is not the right support and content around me.
