Acts 18: 1-5,24-28
In this chapter, we see Paul interacting with fellow believers, working at his trade, and demonstrating his independence from the financial support of other believers. Paul exemplified what it means to be a true disciple of Christ, as he devoted himself to guiding others in His way.
We also learn about Apollos, a Messianic Jew who accurately shared the gospel with the Jewish community. Initially, he only understood the baptism of John, but he was later taught the correct path to God by Priscilla and Aquila when they took him aside. After this, he effectively demonstrated through the Scriptures that Jesus was indeed the Christ.
The key takeaway from this chapter is the importance of teaching our brothers and sisters the Scriptures with love and respect, avoiding any embarrassment in front of others.
