This week I'm tapping into one stanza from Mary Oliver's poem, "Sometimes." In it she says:

Instructions for living a life:

• Pay attention.
• Be astonished.
• Tell about it.

It's really quite simple, and yet we make living a life more complicated than it needs to be.
