Lesson of the Day:

We saw the pitfall of training. We put recruits in decision-making role (officer) and that's where they struggled the most. It's not their fault. They just were not ready. To improve, we will place an officer to drill with them as the lead next time. As an instructor, look for what you can do better if there's a pattern of failure.
