I’ve always been fascinated by musicians, their ability to translate sound into harmony and improvise something that sounds good out of thin air. Sure, I love making playlists and thinking about Prince, but the act of playing music feels like such a mystery to me. How do musicians feel about what they create? I reached out to a professional musician finding himself performing for a new audience, and my friend finding a new hobby in the bass guitar.
