Dr. Randolph Rosarion is a 17 year practicing physician and veteran DOT Medical Examiner. Examining several hundred truck drivers per year from his Sands Point Medical Rehab practice in Elmhurst, N.Y., he will set the record straight on the qualifications needed to pass the DOT medical exam for truck drivers with diabetes.
