Multibillion-dollar company Chubb Insurance is pulling out of Summit County. It's part of a national trend of companies stopping home coverage for new buyers in areas where fire risk is high. That leaves homebuyers in a pinch as insurance is needed to get a mortgage on top of high housing costs.
