A new reality for insurance has berth and this has brought a new realization when it comes to the nature of work in the industry. The skills, abilities, persons needed has changed and there is a need for HR professionals to re-engineer, rethink their work. It’s to this end we had the privilege of hosting Kunbi Adeoti who is the Divisional Director-HR at one Nigeria’s leading insurance firms, Leadway Assurance Company Limited. Recently Leadway was recognized as one of the Best Workplaces 2020 by Great Place To Work Institute ans so it was great to hear the strategies they are using to retain, retrain and attract talent.
