After pressing stop on the previous interview with Jeremy we jumped into a conversation about his transition out of them military.  It was powerful for me to hear it and I asked him if we could press record again to capture his thoughts about getting out.  I think the dark time that he shares is relatable for a lot of vets.  This is also a call to action for people like me to reach out sooner to people that we know that may be struggling we something we are unaware of.
