ayaka.y is a DJ based in Kobe, Japan. With her father being a DJ, she grew up in an environment full of insufferable club music. Under her father's wings, she became a DJ at the age of 10.

After her debut as a DJ, she engaged with various types of club music, finally arriving at the underground minimal techno scene in 2013. With a focus on minimal techno, her music is characterized by heavy bass sounds, sprinkled with ornate and delicate touches.

Now in 2022, she is actively involved in mixing not only Minimal techno but also Minimal House and Deep House.
