Born and raised on the west coast of Puerto Rico, Carlos Rivera grew up surrounded by music. He was captivated early on by the potent combination of strong bass lines and percussion, a fascination sparked by junglist Roni Size. This initial encounter led him to explore other elements of the electronic music world, where he discovered Ricardo Villalobos and Fumiya Tanaka. Deeply inspired by their style of mixing and production, Carlos has since established his own unique form of expression for his listeners, characterized by sweet sounds that range from vivid housey basslines to jazz melodies.
