Mineral Mocktail recipe:

-1/8 - 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt or Redmond's salt in a glass of coconut water or water with a splash of fresh orange juice, POM juice, or tart cherry juice. Add magnesium capsules (you can open them and stir them in OR just take them with the drink). There are also magnesium powders that can be added.
