Your most important asset is your reputation. Your word is your bond. If you say you are going to do something, you do it. If you screw up, and we all do, you do what you can to make amends and make things right. 

 You do something right, and the person you did right by will tell 10 people. You do wrong by somebody, they will go out and tell a thousand.
