I'm absolutely in love with my car repair shop. The owner always tells it to be straight and has even advocated on my behalf to my dealership to ensure I don't get ripped off. This man's mindset is "always do the right thing" and, as a result, I have a lot of loyalty to that repair shop.   Integrity in business should be a no-brainer, plain old table stakes, but the reality is people don't always do the right thing.
