In this episode, we begin building the pillar of Integrity. Integrity means that something is what it seems to be. I use the phrase “I am integrity. I do what I say, I am who I seem, with no duplicity, camouflage, or guile. When you are faced with a choice, ask “what should I do, so I am who I say I am?

When we do that, it is usually immediately obvious what we should do or say. It is only when we get lost in the maze of others’ opinions, or self-aggrandizement that we get confused. When things happen that push us out of integrity with what we have said, we must immediately fix it and move forward. Integrity is a central component of creating the personal power we need to build the Ultimate Life.
